Business partners Imran and Simon will be cycling from Arif's office to one of his favourite drinking establishments on the glorious Suffolk coast. The ride will take in the Cambridgeshire and Suffolk countryside and will cover approximately 100 miles.Updates
We got there!
19th July 2016After 5 hours 20 minutes in the saddle at an average speed of approximately 16.5 mph we rolled into Southwold. As promised we went to the Red Lion and enjoyed a delicious pint of Adnams Ale before a dip in the North Sea (there will be separate sponsorship for this act of bravery!).
